Business Fibre Packages

SME Business Fibre

Our SME Fibre packages are:

• Month to Month contract
• Uncapped
• Unshaped
• Symmetrical - same speed upload and download
• Includes free-to-use wireless router
• 1 x Static IPv4 address, 1 x block IPv6 addresses
• Best effort service. SLA is available as an option
• Offered as a direct ADSL replacement product

Fibre Lite Business Fibre

Business Fibre Lite products are:

• Month to month contract
• Contention ratio of 10:1
• Not actively managed
• Monthly fair use policy applies - after Fair Use limit is reached, speed is halved for remainder of the month
• Service level agreement is available as an option
• x Static IPv4 address
• 1 x Block IPv6 addresses
• These are best effort products. It is up to our clients to report any faults and manage their useage to remain within the fair useage limits.

Managed Business Fibre

Our Managed Fibre packages:

• 12 Month contract
• These Business Fibre products have a SLA of at least 98% uptime. In reality, this is closer to 99.99%.
• Contention is 1:1. Upload and download speeds are symmetrical.
• There is no fair useage policy on our Business Fibre services - use as much as you want. Uncapped really is uncapped.
• The product comes as standard with 5 static public IPv4 addresses, however, we can provide up to 30 of these addresses if needed.
• Our network is fully IPv6 enabled and a block of IPv6 addresses is included.
• These services are unshaped.
• All Business Fibre services are managed proactively 24/7.
• We provide daily, weekly and monthly traffic reports if needed.
• We also monitor any servers or routers from servers in Europe, with associated daily, weekly and monthly uptime reports.

Ultimate Business Fibre

Ultimate Fibre is a high-speed Business Fibre product, with speeds from 100Mb to 1Gb. Ultimate Fibre is available throughout South Africa, for business users only.

Our Ultimate Fibre packages:

• These products are offered with a 98% SLA
• Contention is 1:1. Upload and download speeds are symmetrical
• There is no fair useage policy on our Business Fibre services - use as much as you want. Uncapped really is uncapped.
• The product comes as standard with a /28 block of IPv4 addresses, (13 useable static public IPv4 addresses), and a /48 block of IPv6 addresses.
• Our network is fully IPv6 enabled and a block of IPv6 addresses is included.
• These services are unshaped.
• All Ultimate Fibre services are managed proactively 24/7.
• We provide daily, weekly and monthly traffic reports if needed.
• We also monitor any servers or routers from servers in Europe, with associated daily, weekly and monthly uptime reports.
